Our History
Synel Group started its operations in 2010, with the vision to be the leading IT Company in Uganda. From our Kampala office we offer IT support to all major centres through strategic partnerships with other ICT services companies as well as industry leading remote technology. We pride ourselves on our business model which enables us to offer 80-90% of our managed support services remotely, reducing cost and improving resolution times.
From inception, Synel Group showed consistent market growth. Our commitment to clients and our technical superiority coupled with irreproachable business ethics firmly cemented us as a company to be reckoned with. Operational Performance
We currently service customers in the SME market. Our name says it all as we offer complete IT solutions, from ICT Architecture, hardware procurement, Implementation to maintenance and technical support. We procure hardware from accredited suppliers thus ensuring that clients benefit from long term flexibility and the best possible investment protection.
When selecting software we offer clients freedom of choice through ensuring integration, efficiency and flexibility, therefore ensuring reduction in total cost of ownership (TCO) while also supporting seamless integration of current and new business processes. In addition to this we complete our offerings portfolio by providing your IT infrastructure with a comprehensive range of professionally managed services including LAN, WAN and Wireless support
